About Me
JULIE BALA
I am an Indian woman born and raised in Singapore. I moved to Colorado in 1999 with my husband and four children, and I now have six wonderful grandchildren.
I have enjoyed being a teacher and an entrepreneur, but my favorite thing to do is cooking for family and friends. At the encouragement of enthusiastic dinner guests, I started offering cooking classes and perform personal cheffing services about seven years ago. So far, over 100 people have attended my classes.
I love that food brings friends and family together, and I have enjoyed years of meeting many new and interesting people in this line of work. I would love to bring something new to your next get-together and I look forward to showing you how easy and fun cooking an Indian meal can be!
